IUIU & AL Ihsan Foundation hosts Hon. Sam Engola, Lt Gen. Charles Otema & Sheikh Ali Abu Abdallah Sowed

IUIU and Al Ihsan Foundation on the 23rd October 2021 hosted several dignitaries including Hon. Sam Engola and Lt Gen. Charles Otema, Commander of the Reserve Forces in honor of the visiting Qatari friend of Dr. Khalil, Sheikh Ali Abu Abdallah Sowedi. This visit is to strengthen and support the collaboration between Islamic University in Uganda and Al Ihsan Foundation who signed a Memorandum of Understanding with IUIU early this year to collaborate on numerous development projects including staff capacity building, economic empowerment among others.
Other dignitaries included Hon Tiperu Nusura, Chair of Estates Committee IUIU, the Country Directors of IICO, Direct Aid Society and Munadhama Dawa Al Islamiyyah, Prof Adipala and Dr. Hatim of RUFORUM, Dr. Hamza Sebunya, a prominent Gynecologist and entrepreneur, Dr. Kiggundu, and Sheikh Bukenya, prominent Quran Teacher.
