Starting 8:00am
Graduands from the University’s four campuses (the main campus Mbale, Kampala campus, Female’s Campus kabojja and Arua campus) are expected to arrive and take their seats by 8:00am Which will be followed by arrival of other officials, invited guests and the guest of honor then  the ceremony will there begin immediately.
